On November 8, 2016, residents of Palmdale overwhelmingly approved an $80 million bond, that will enable the District to accommodate its growing enrollment by updating its classrooms, labs and learning technology for the twenty-first century. In addition, these funds will allow for the repair of leaky roofs and windows, procurement of needed equipment for classrooms and district facilities, and improvements to school safety, security, energy, and water efficiency.

 

Palmdale School District is dedicated to delivering a world-class education to ensure the approximately 20,600 students we serve in grades K-8th thrive well into the future. The District is committed to providing first-rate educational facilities that provide a safe and inviting learning environment for our students. To this end, the District recently adopted a comprehensive, student-centric facilities master plan that creates a clear vision of next-generation learning environments for the next ten years and beyond.
